Louise brings more than 17 years of experience to her clients. Her concentration is federal and state income taxes for entities and individuals, small business consulting and accounting system management.

Louise graduated from St. Vincent Pallotti High School in Laurel and went on to obtain her bachelors of business administration with a concentration in accounting from James Madison University. After graduation in May, 1991, she went to work for the General Services Administration’s Office of the Inspector General. The following November, she took and passed the CPA exam on her first try.

In July, 1994, she left the government to join the firm of Whelan Barsky & Associates. The firm evolved into Whelan Barsky & Graham and was then acquired by American Express Tax & Business Services. In December 2003, she joined the team of Coale Pripstein & Associates.

In addition to raising two daughters with her husband, Ryan, Louise is active within her community. Current and past professional associations and volunteer positions include:
